Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions have been set out to explain the rights you have as a consumer, together with your obligations. Please note that the law may grant you additional rights and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to cancel the order within seven working days, from the date of delivery. You will then be expected to return the goods. Once the returned item is received a refund, less the postage costs for delivery and returns, will be granted. As the consumer you are wholly responsible for the safe return of goods.
All items are dispatched via MyHermes in the UK. MyHermes stipulate that a period of 14 days (UK) must elapse before a claim for loss can be filed. If an item cannot be traced by MyHermes we will refund, but the consumer must register any claims for lost items within 21 days of dispatch.
Damaged or faulty goods
All of our items are made to a very high specification, however at times damage can occur in transit. We are happy to offer a repair or replacement (at our discretion), provided photographic evidence is provided. At times, we may ask for the item to be returned, this is dependent on the amount of damage occurred in transit.
We aim to dispatch items within 5 working days from clearance of payment.
Delivery is currently charged at a set rate of £3.95. Should this alter consumers will be given 14 days notice via the page.
All of our items are made using small components. We do not recommend these for children under the age of three.
